A good education is a precious good of each country and depends on the quality of a teacher who will bring forth the future citizens for each country. Both teacher and education are two sides of a coin and the important keys to successful and sustainable development. Teacher is a backbone of any nation. The role of teachers is not limited to communicating knowledge alone, but to increase the national perspective, efficiency and competence of future citizens. Its full performance depends on the collaboration between working environment and special needs. They play a prominent and valuable role in the development of a society as well as a nation. So, that it is necessary to evaluate for the improvement of their abilities. Improvement is possible if they are satisfied and motivated by the organizations. Two variables, i.e. Job satisfaction and ultimately teacher performance are of great importance to students, the education sector and the whole community. Job satisfaction is a set of positive or negative feelings and emotions that employees use to view their works. It refers to a collection of attitudes that workers have about their job. The Self- motivated and the satisfied teacher also prepare the quality of work. Dissatisfied teachers can never adequately fulfil their responsibilities. The study will be helpful for schools to identify the reasons of dissatisfaction of among their teachers. The purpose of this study was to compare the relationship of job satisfaction between public and private higher secondary school academicians to their job performance in Amritsar, Punjab. In addition, when teachers are satisfied with their work, they will nourish and maintain a high level of performance. If the teaching process is more impressive and dominant than teacher can lead to ambitious beginners.

There is a coherent and internal relationship between soil and all living organism on the earth. Survival rests on the top soil which is known as life supporting due to the productiveness of this layer. Koraput is the southern most district of Odisha. The district is located in south Eastern most Ghat mountain range. Some parts of the area occur at 150-1000 meters above the Mean Sea Level (MSL). The rigion is characterized by scatted, isolated, sharp and some series hills with forest cover. Gullies and ravines are steadily encroaching into productive table land of many major command areas. Excessive deforestation, overgrazing, faulty agricultural practice and the industrialization is the causes of erosion. Factors like climate (temperature, rainfall and wind), vegetation, topography (degree and lengrh of slope) and soil type (infiltration, permeability, soil depth, particle size) ultimately refers to its erosivity. The paper includes the analytical framework of soil economics with three objectives i.To Know Soil conservation Progrmmes and its implementation in the utterly backward rigion like Koraput of Odisha. ii. To know soil conservation practices in different plan periods in India and allocation of funds to this region. iii.To know the nature and extent of gains of tribal people from various soil conservation programmes and projects implemented in the area. Soil conservation activities are undertaken various agro-economical and socio-economic measures by various agencies. The central government and state governments have launched many policies, Programmes to protect the soil erosion to increase the productivity of tribal people. The study hoever around this proposition.

The Nepal(Gorkha) earthquake (Mw=7.8) of April 25, 2015 caused widespread damages that took many lives, ruptured lands and damaged many buildings, heritages and monuments. The disaster turned out to be perilous for many non-engineered masonry structures in rural part of the country. Nepal being a developing country, most of the rural houses are non-engineered. The seismic vulnerability of these types of buildings is presumed to be very high. As Nepal, lying in a very high seismic zone, an immediate attention is imperative to improve the seismic resilience of such buildings. To qualify the status and seismic resistivity of these buildings a typical building is to be taken and computer modeled. The modeled building is to be simulated at various magnitude of earthquake and the effects are to be noted and studied. This simulation shows the seismic resistivity and failure of the buildings at various points. These weak points are to be identified and retrofitted by using various available methods.

Devastating Gorkha Earthquake of 25 April and 12 May 2015, has displaced around 8 million people in Nepal, where 498,852 private houses and 2,656 government buildings were completely destroyed. Hundreds of settlements were shattered leaving homeless across 31 districts with 14 districts suffering the highest impact. Around 250 thousand private houses and 3600 government buildings were partially damaged, which needs to be restored back. Initial reports from Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) states requirement of NPR 669 billion for reconstructing damaged properties and infrastructure. In this Scenario, for a country like Nepal having Kathmandu as its capital city, the seismic hazard analysis is a most to mitigate the future risk and preparedness. This helps to aware the residing people and government as well as non-governmental organizations to take needed precautions for minimizing the Risk of Pre and Post-disaster. During this analysis, number of typical residential buildings will be taken and analysed for seismic hazard. The conclusion will be drawn for number of typical buildings and its future risk based on property and life casualty.

For the evaluation of phytotoxic levels of aquous extracts of leaf, stem and root of Parthenium hysterophorus on the rate of seed germination, length of root and shoot and Seed Vigour Index in Triticum aestivum, laboratory experiment in petri dishes was conducted in the Department of Botany, Jai Prakash University, Chapra in 2017. The treatments were 15%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% concentrations of aquous extracts of leaf, stem and root of Parthenium. Data collected on seed germination, length of root and shoot and SVI values were analysed using SPSS programme for Pearsons Correlation Coefficient, Tukey HSD and Post HOC tests. The inhibition rate in seed germination ranged from 6.49 to 75.32; 6 to 22; and 0 to 2%, whereas inhibition rate in root length varied from 20.06 to 37.46%, 6.45 to 43.45% and 1.69 to 24.78% respectively in leaf, stem and root extracts. The inhibitory impact of leaf extract was observed more on SVI values compared to stem and root extracts. The impact of different plant parts, treatments and interaction of plant parts and treatments did not differed significantly for the rate of seed germination, however root length and shoot length values were significantly different at p < 0.000. The phytotoxic impact was recorded for root length and shoot length of T.aestivum however the rate of seed germination was not inhibited significantly. On the basis of phytotoxicity levels the plant parts of Parthenium for T.aestivum can be arranged as leaves > stems > roots.
