Oracle Cloud integration with third-party systems is the core element of enterprise IT architecture in the current era, allowing continuous data streams and increased interoperability between systems. However, despite increasing adoption of cloud computing and the rich feature set of Oracle Cloud, there are significant barriers to efficient and secure integration with third-party systems. These are data silo management, ensuring data quality and consistency, reducing security risks, and coping with the disparity in data model complexity. The literature presents several integration strategies, such as API-based, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and microservices; however, there are lacunae in understanding how to integrate these approaches in an overall manner to get the best performance. There are fewer studies on how the newer emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and low-code/no-code solutions can assist in overcoming the integration complexities. The research gap identified relates to the need for the creation of more adaptive, automated, and scalable integration solutions that can suitably address the changing needs of businesses operating in multi-cloud and hybrid environments. While the existing literature largely focuses on different integration frameworks and tools, there is a substantial shortage of research into their practical application, particularly in large, multinational organizations. This review synthesizes and examines existing research between 2015 and 2024, identifying key strategies for preventing integration issues while also suggesting areas that need further research. It emphasizes the need to utilize interdisciplinary approaches that combine automation, security, and compliance frameworks to enable efficient, secure, and scalable Oracle Cloud integrations with external systems. Bridging these gaps is important to drive advancements in cloud integration approaches and to promote more integrated and interoperable enterprise environments.

Glucose is one of the least stable analytes in blood sample. Estimation of true glucose level is important for diagnosis of diabetes at the earliest, monitoring control of blood sugar and also to identify high risk patients. Erythrocytes in blood utilize glucose by glycolysis by the glycolytic enzyme complexes present in their membrane. There is also reduction in blood sugar level in collected and stored blood due to glycolysis occurring in white blood cells. To avoid this reduction in the glucose level, varieties of methods are employed. Placing the blood samples in ice slurry and immediate separation of plasma from blood cells may prevent the reduction of glucose level. But this practice may not always be possible when transporting samples from the field to the clinical laboratory. To decrease glycolysis during storage, conventionally, sodium fluoride is added to blood. Other technique like use of serum gel separator is also useful in slowing down the glycolysis. It is further demonstrated by that acidification of blood samples using a combination of citrate buffer, NaF and EDTA was more effective in arresting glycolysis during storage

This work presents you the simplest yet robust scalping strategy designed for Bank nifty option buying leveraging price action along with VWAP confirmation and the volume OI filers to overcome the problems of complex mathematical based models. By focusing on 15-second timeframes this strategy mixes pullback and breakout scalping with strict risk management (1% capital per trade and 1:2 risk-reward). Backtested on 53 trades in different volatility regimes (low IV <15% to high IV >30%) it seeks 65% accuracy and also avoided the pitfalls of overfitting. The key innovations over here include the dynamic gap rule for VWAP reliability and the real-time filters of the liquidity (bid-ask less than 0.1%). This research illustrates the disciplined executions limited to around 10 high quality trades on a single trading day with optimal type window during the 9:45 to 11:30 outperforms the traditional overtrading approaches. Results do validate Paul Tudor Jones' (legendary hedge fund manager) philosophy which is "Simplicity in trend following yields consistent profits"
