Abstract This study aims to compare the effect of unilateral and bilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprint on sprint kinematics adolescent boy' sprinters speed, flight time and ground contact time. Forty-five moderately trained subjects, aged 13 to 15 years studying in different schools from Idukki and Kottayam district, of Kerala state, India were selected as subjects. The selected subjects divided into three groups, namely, Unilateral Plyometric training in Combination with Resisted Sprinting (UPTCRS) Group I (n = 15), Bilateral Plyometric Training in Combination with Resisted Sprinting (BPTCRS) Group II (n = 15) and (CG) Control Group III (n=15). Both the groups performed maximal effort of plyometric leg exercises and resisted sprinting for 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Group I performed all the exercises with full repetition of each limb subsequently change to other side of the limb, left limb followed by right limb. Group II performed all the exercises with both limbs simultaneously. The data were analysed by using SPSS version 20, paired 't' test for each group, and ANCOVA were used to find out the effect between the groups. The paired mean differences were determined using Scheff's post hoc test whenever the adjusted post-test 'F' ratio values were found to be significant. Results of the study shows that unilateral and bilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprinting were significantly improved speed, flight time and ground contact time. Results of the study shows unilateral and bilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprinting were significantly improved on speed. Speed 't' ratio of UPTCRS, BPTCRS and CG were 3.09,3.59 and 0.140 (4.49%, 4.52% and 0.01%) . Flight time 't' ratio of UPTCRS,UPTCRS and CG were 9.13,7.93 and 1.87 and (11.81%,8.67% and 0.16%. Ground contact timeT 't' ratio of UPTCRS,BPTCRS and CG were 12.13,10.66 and 1.46 (18.04%,14.39% and 1.51%). ( P< 0.01).The conclusion of the study stated that the speed ,flight time and ground contact time of the unilateral and bilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprint training group subjects were significantly increased when compared with the control group. However, when comparing the experimental groups, bilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprinting group was better than unilateral plyometric training in combination with resisted sprinting group.

This project aims to streamline the traditionally manual and time-consuming process of creating question papers. Designed with educational institutions in mind, the system provides an intuitive interface for instructors to upload a question bank and generate question papers efficiently. The tool incorporates various features, including customizable templates, support for setting course outcomes, mapping questions to difficulty levels, and adhering to predefined marking schemes. The development leverages modern web technologies, employing a user-friendly frontend with a robust backend. The system integrates multiple question formats, intelligent question selection for fairness, and document exports in PDF and DOCX. By automating the repetitive aspects of question paper design, the project reduces errors, saves time, and promotes standardization.

Advaita Vedanta is a specific school of the Hindu darshan Vedanta. Darshans (Sanskrit for viewings, or perspectives) are distinguished by their different approaches to shared philosophical problems and scriptural interpretation. The other five darshans of Hinduism are Samkhya, Yoga, Nyaya, Vaisheshika, and Mimamsa. Vedanta comes from the Sanskrit term for "the end of the Vedas," meaning that its principle hermeneutic is its focus on the teachings found in the Upanishads. Advaita means non-dualism in Sanskrit, referring to Advaita Vedanta's emphasis on the non-duality, or sameness, between atman (the universal soul) and Brahman (the absolute), especially as is expounded in the Upanishads. In addition to the Upanishads, Vedantists draw their philosophical perspective from the Brahma Sutras, a text which elaborates upon the teachings in the Upanishads, and from the Bhagavad Gita.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which was originally described by Stein and Leventhal, is complex, multifactorial and polygenic manifestation. Globally around 11-13% of women are battling with this condition. It mainly hampers the reproductive health of women leading infertility. Since 1990, many clinical and biochemical criteria and guidelines has been established for the diagnosis of PCOS. Multiple theories and metabolic pathways are introduced while understanding its pathophysiology. It comprises of hyperandrogenism, anovulation, multiple immature follicles. Dysregulation of genes and upregulation of enzymes in androgen synthesis also contribute to this endocrine disorder. It is often associated with Insulin resistance, obesity, and genetic factors. Chronicity of the disease may lead to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes type 2, endometrial cancer. Exact etiology remains unclear but environmental, genetic, lifestyle modifications are thought contribute to its development. Treatment includes hormonal therapies i.e. Combined oral pills, bigunides, fertility medications i.e. Ovulation inductors, aromatase inhibitors and surgical interventions. Beside lifestyle modification and weight management, understanding of Insulin resistance is a crucial key in its treatment. Early diagnosis and management can help to improve quality of reproductive health. In this review article all the guidelines, etiology, pathophysiology, signs and symptoms, investigations, short and long term consequences and management have been detailed. Further research is needed to understand its underlying cause and effective prevention and treatment strategies. A multidisciplinary approach, involving researchers, patients and healthcare provider is essential for improving outcomes and reproductive health. Additional, awareness should be increased in order to reduce stigma and improve diagnosis

Abstract The sample was collected from the Manakudy estuary consists of Nannochloropsis sp, rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis) and shrimp (Penaeus sp.) larvae . The grown of Nannochloropsis sp. in different culture medium - organic (mixture of liquid cowdung and poultry ) and Conway medium, was cultured with rotifer. This experiment was continued till the number of rotifer reached the mid growth phase. The survival of shrimp larvae from Zoea to Mysis stages, when fed the rotifer in different culture medium and maximum was observed in organic medium. In this present study the organic culture medium cultured in Nannochloropsis sp. have rich oil content this was increase the survival of shrimp larvae.

This study identifies whether varma points are activated when dancers practice the adavus (steps)and mukha bhavam (facial expressions). Suppose any of the Varmakalai techniques were applied to treat injuries or cramps during dance practice and performance in ancient times. Are there any techniques of Varamakalai that were widely accepted and practiced by the Dancers to enhance their stamina and well-being? If so, do those techniques are still in use? Or if there is any means to revive those techniques and make them accessible to the present generation of Bharatanatyam performers.
