 Abstract

The present examine an try has been made to have a look at the Ichthyo fauna diversity and fish manufacturing in a few reservoirs in Northern Telangana districts . North Telangana Zone includes the 5 districts i.E Adilabad, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Medak(besides southern borders) and Warangal (except western element and N.W. Part), North-eastern tips of Nalgonda and Khammam (maximum components of Khammam).In North Telangana Zone Karimnagar district has the most variety of reservoirs (10) followed through Nalgonda (nine), Nizamabad (6), Warangal (five) districts. Nalgonda, Karimnagar have massive awareness of small reservoirs. Medium reservoirs are well dispersed many of the districts and 4 big reservoirs are dispensed among Karimnagar and Nizamabad district. Majority of the reservoirs in the North Telangana Zone are small , accompanied through those in the medium (12) and large (04) as advised with the aid of Srivastava et al., [3] and Anon, . In the existing take a look at the fish yield has been predicted for the consecutive years. It is observed that the fish manufacturing has accelerated from 1, 48,799tonnes to 1, 86, 960 tonnes wherein because the sparkling water prawn production turned into decreased from 3,229 tonnes to 1,881 tonnes.  Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Emblica officinalis, commonly known as Indian gooseberry or Amla, on the modulation of pyruvate levels in Alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were used as a model for this research. The experimental group received Emblica officinalis extract via oral administration, while the control group received a placebo. Blood and tissue samples were collected at various time points to assess pyruvate levels and related metabolic parameters. Our results demonstrated that administration of Emblica officinalis extract to Alloxan-induced diabetic mice led to a significant modulation of pyruvate levels. Compared to the control group, the experimental group exhibited a notable reduction in pyruvate concentration, suggesting improved glucose metabolism. Additionally, Emblica officinalis supplementation was associated with ameliorated markers of oxidative stress and enhanced insulin sensitivity in diabetic mice. This study provides evidence that Emblica officinalis has the potential to modulate pyruvate levels in Alloxan-induced diabetic mice, contributing to improved glucose metabolism and antioxidant defense mechanisms. These findings underscore the therapeutic potential of Emblica officinalis as a natural remedy for managing diabetes and its associated metabolic dysregulations. Further research is warranted to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and assess its translational relevance to human diabetes management

 Abstract

Albanian writer Ismail Kadare was living in a dictatorship in which the harassment, interrogation, torture and even assassination of dissidents was common. And yet he produced works which were provocative and potentially seditious. He appears to have suffered greatly from the strain of writing, unable either to rein in his imagination or refrain from publicizing his work in the volatile and politically explosive environments of the 1970s and 1980s. He describes the machinations of the party factions, the intimacies, hatreds and daily familiarities of the tiny Tirana Nomenclature. He made enemies among the old guard and in the Sigurini, in a country where a word out of place could bring about imprisonment, physical harm, and death. Like many others he was sent to Berat in 1967 in the wake of the cultural revolution, but worked as a journalist and writer there and appears to have been free to return to Tirana. While the events surrounding the production of his works were dangerous, he succeeded in creating a protective shield from communist leader Enver Hoxha's vanity and survived the scandal of his attack on the Party bureaucracy.

 Abstract

Photogalvanic cells with photosensitizer - reductant pair, Toluidine Blue - Arabinose and Malachite Green - Arabinose were developed in presence of anionic surfactant NaLS ( Sodium lauryl sulphate ). A tentative mechanism has been proposed for the cell reaction. The conversion efficiency and storage capacity of the developed cells were found to be 0.1448% and 123.0 minutes, respectively with Toluidine Blue and 0.0590% and 32.0 minutes, respectively with Malachite Green.
