This study includes development of RP-HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of Metformin hydrochloride and Nateglinide. The developed method was validated as per ICH guidelines in terms of specificity, Accuracy, Precision, Linearity, LOD, LOQ, Ruggedness and Robustness. The inter-day and intra-day precision results were good enough to indicate that the proposed method was precise and reproducible. The assay experiment showed that the contents of Metformin HCI and Nateglinide estimated in the tablet dosage form were free from the interference of excipients, which indicate that developed method was specific. Recovery of standard drugs added was found to be 100.07-100.82% for Metformin HCI and 101.0-102.22% for Nateglinide indicating that the proposed method was accurate. A good linear relationship was observed for Metformin HCI and Nateglinide in the concentration ranges of 10-80g/ml and 10-80g/ml respectively. The correlation coefficient for Metformin HCI was found to be 0.9991 and for Nateglinide was 0.9997. The LOD were 0.710 and 0.380g/ml for Metformin HCI and Nateglinide, respectively. For Metformin HCI and Nateglinide LOQ were found to be 2.15 and 1.16g/ml respectively. This demonstrated that developed RP-HPLC method was simple, linear, precise, accurate, robust and rugged could be conveniently adopted for the routine quality control analysis of Metformin HCI and Nateglinide simultaneously, from its pharmaceutical formulation and bulk drug.

The most purpose of this analysis is to regulate the tie up in metropolitan cities by implementing a system victimization digital technologies named as Image process and Video process with Opencv and Python from CCTV camera that brings traffic footage to be processed within the system as input. The system is predicated on the density of traffic that's to be calculated in every lane by object detection and object count at the same time. there'll be a stoplight shift rule which will adjusts the length of traffic lightweights in step with the density of traffic specified if the density of traffic is additional during a lane than different then therein lane inexperienced light are going to be of additional length and in remainder of the lanes red light are going to be of additional length. This will facilitate to scale back holdup, accidents on roads. Successively it'll offer anodyne journey to individuals and cut back energy ingestion & waiting time.

Abstract: Nowadays people own more than one vehicle for transportation which may cause a problem of high traffic and this will lead to road accidents which is getting increased day by day. There are many dangerous roads present across the world that are very narrow and T roads, hairpin roads, curved roads are largely seen in the ghat areas. One of the common problems that we face in ghat areas specially is the drivers are not able to see the vehicle that is coming from the other end of the curved road. And if the incoming vehicle is in great speed, it is highly impossible to control the vehicle. Hence there is much need of road safety system. To avoid this vehicle accidents in ghat areas we have proposed a vehicle accident prevention system which makes use of Arduino Board, IR sensors, LED lights, LCD display, GSM and Buzzer. When the vehicle enters from zone 1 of the curved road IR sensor senses the vehicle and turns the LED light into RED colour and raises the buzzer indicating that there is danger. And turns the LED light in to green once the vehicle comes out of the other end which is zone 2. In this way we can prevent the vehicle accidents in ghat areas.

AbstractNetwork lifetime is the major constraint in the design of the wireless sensor network. Designing an energy efficient routing algorithm to increase the network lifetime is one of the most significant design criteria of wireless sensor networks. Various clustering techniques are used previously to augment the network lifetime. A novel routing protocol, Fixed Low Energy Clustering Hierarchy (FLECH) is proposed to achieve the increased gross lifetime of the wireless sensor network. FLECH is a hierarchical based routing that has fixed clusters and heterogeneous nodes. A cluster head is elected in each of the fixed clusters based on two attributes of nodes, energy and distance from the base station. As the event occurs the member nodes communicate the message to its respective clusters heads using Adaptive on Demand Distance Vector (AODV) algorithm. Then the cluster heads aggregate the received data and transmit it to the base station.

Spinning is a majorly used technique in producing axisymmetrical parts that are produced by rotating metal sheets at a higher speed. The spinning process is carried out by two methods, one by manually and other by a CNC lathe. Components that are made by this process are mostly used in aircraft and missile industries as these units required low weight and high strength materials for the manufacturing. The various parameters to be investigated and studied from this analysis are the evaluation of various force components in all directions, surface finish, determination of blank thickness, blank diameter after the deformation, considering various spinning speeds, the formability of sheet metals, spinning ratio, spin ability, different nose radius of rollers and the diameter of mandrel, study of the process parameters like rate of feed, speed of the spindle and feed ratio. In this paper, the materials to be considered are s, copper and brass. This work is been carried through experimental investigations and finite element analysis simulation. The evaluation results are correlated with the results of finite element analysis simulation. The variation of experimental and numerical simulation will be obtained within the range of 10-12%.

Fast advancement in computerized information obtaining procedures have prompted immense volume of information extraction of text. Most of the data is composed of either unstructured or semi-structured form of text. To make this unstructured form of data into structured form using text mining, natural language process (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms are used. Cancer based text are in the form of Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) and there are tools to extract the text. Health care and clinical practice create a lot of content manifestations, test results, analyse, medicines, also, results for patients. This clinical content, reported in wellbeing records, is a potential wellspring of information and an underused asset for improved social insurance. To improve understanding consideration, information on demonstrative, prognostic, inclining, and medication reaction markers are fundamental. ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION: Child labour is a global concern and harsh reality of the world. Poverty is an account of this harsh reality. Studies from an Indian constituency states that India has the highest proportion of child labourers in the current scenario and according to the studies nearly 7 percent of the child labour are responsible for a significant amount of the Gross Domestic Product. Objective: To study the psychological effects on child labour in the slum areas of Delhi. METHODS: A community based descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 500 child labourers in and around slum areas of Delhi. Data regarding demographic and psychological effects were recorded by using a semi-structured questionnaire. A descriptive analysis was carried out. RESULTS: The mean age of the children is 10.3 years with a range of (7-14 years). Among the 500 child labour, 41% (206) were girls and 59% (294) were boys and there were 33% (168) children who are working past one year, 31% (158) last three years, 18% (90) since 3-5 years and 17% (84) children for more than 5 years. Social issues among child labour include, 40% of the child fight a lot, 24% of the child gets extremely angry, 48% child was accused of lying and cheating, and 47% has stealing habits. CONCLUSION: In India, child labour is an important public health concern and Child labour policies and education policies have to be formulated and implement interventions that will reduce the number of child labourers.

Concrete is most generally utilized development material on the planet. Fibre strengthened cement (FRC) is a solid where little and intermittent filaments are scattered consistently. The fibers used in FRC capacity be of many materials similar steel, G.I., carbon, glass, aramid, asbestos, polypropylene, jute and so on. The expansion of these filaments into solid mass can drastically expand the compressive quality, rigidity, flexural quality and effect quality of cement. FRC has open numerous applications in structural building field. In view of the research center examination on fibre strengthened cement (FRC), solid shape and chambers examples have been structured with steel fibre fortified cement (SFRC) containing strands of 0% and 0.5% volume division of snare end Steel filaments of 53.85, 50 angle proportion and antacid safe glass strands containing 0% and 0.25% by weight of concrete of 12mm cut length were utilized without admixture. Contrasting the consequence of FRC and plain M20 grade solid, this paper approved the constructive outcome of various filaments with rate increment in pressure and parting improvement of example at 7 and 28 days, broke down the affectability of expansion of strands to concrete with various quality.
