 Abstract

Abstract There is no doubt that COVID-19 will have a significant impact on the Indian economy. The recovery of the underlying economy will be slow and it will take approximately 2 years for normality to return to all sectors. While the global economy may suffer as a result of government foreclosure, some sectors are expected to experience tremendous growth in the post-COVID era: FMCG, specialized B2C lenders, food retailers, and pharmaceutical companies for just name a few. The money will eventually win. Most companies that manage to survive financially in the Covid-19 era will have the ability to emerge victorious. In this paper they were analyze the some sectors after the announcement of lockdown.

 Abstract

- Internet has become the part of our day to day life, in which social media plays a major role by becoming one of the important aspects of digital marketing. Through social media, millions of information is shared among people. Thus it has become the more impacting media. Social media has a power to influence people in multiple ways, it is highly used as a marketing strategy. It is also an easy way to connect with customers and business sector. When an organisation posts advertisements on social media, the response of the advertisement depends on the parameters considered. To increase the traffic of the business, various parameters like number of views, product rating etc., are taken and analysed using five different algorithm techniques. And also with the respondents data, accuracy of five different algorithms is concluded. With the rapid growth of social media many people are connected to internet providing an outlet for companies to reach buyers. For publishers it is important to get maximum profit from the advertisements posted. In order to reach out to large audience, an organisation ends up posting the same ads on different social media. Hence in order to predict and conclude on the basis of large amount of data k-nearest neighbour, k-means, k-medoids, linear model, SVR algorithms are used to analyse the advertisements

 Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Innovative Banking Technologies on Customer satisfaction with special reference to Bengaluru. To achieve the objectives of this study, data were collected through questionnaire from a sample of 50 bank customers and 50 bank employees. These respondents were selected using convenience sampling method. The data collected from the questionnaire were analysed using Statistical tools such as mean, standard deviation, Spearmans Rank correlation, Simple Linear regression analysis and Mann Whitney U test using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicated that the adoption of Innovative Banking technologies by banks will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and will also help the banks to improve their operational efficiency. The finding of this study also indicates that the awareness and adoption of Innovative banking technologies especially Upgraded ATMs is high among banks compared to other banking technologies.

 Abstract

Soil stabilization is a method of improving soil properties by combining with other materials. It is the process of enhancing the shear strength parameters of soil and thereby increasing the bearing capacity of soil. Soil stabilization is used to lessen permeability and compressibility of the soil mass in earth structures. In common soil stabilization changes physical, chemical and mechanical properties to meet the engineering principle. Soil stabilization can be achieved by in-situ stabilization or ex - situ stabilization methodology. In the present case, an investigation is done to increase the strength properties of cohesive soil using a rice husk ash which is a solid waste and the mixture is treated with metakaolin as an additive and is tested for various strength parameters.
