CR oral drug delivery systems are controlled release Systems that are meant to ensure that the plasma drug concentrations are constant, that dose is reduced and that patients adhere better than other conventional formulations. Nevertheless, predictable drug release and a dependable in vitro-in vivo relationship is one of the major challenges in pharmaceutical development. The goal of the present research was to optimize a new formulation of controlled release and develop a strong in vitroin vivo correlation (IVIVC) to determine in vivo performance based on in vitro data. The systematic design of experiments (DoE) was used to maximize formulation variables such as polymer concentration and matrix composition. The ready-made formulations were tested by in vitro dissolution investigations by using standard USP apparatus and in vivo pharmacokinetic tests to measure such parameters as Cmax, Tmax, and AUC. The optimized formulation showed a regulated and maintained drug release pattern with enhanced pharmacokinetic functioning. It was found that there was a high correlation between the in vitro dissolution and in vivo absorption with an IVIVC of level A which is high predictability of the model. The results affirm that the optimized controlled release system improves therapeutic efficacy, provides long-term effects of drugs, and also lowers the dosing rate, thus making it a promising approach to enhanced delivery of drugs orally.

The elderly population in India is increasing rapidly, creating major challenges related to healthcare access and affordability. Most elderly people live in rural areas and belong to economically weaker sections of society. Many suffer from chronic diseases, reduced mobility, and lack of proper healthcare facilities. Social factors such as gender inequality, widowhood, illiteracy, and dependency further affect their health conditions. The study examines the major barriers faced by elderly people in accessing affordable healthcare services in India. It also analyzes the role of income, employment, insurance coverage, and social support in determining healthcare access. The research is based on descriptive and analytical methods using secondary data from reports, surveys, and health studies. Findings show that limited financial protection, low awareness of welfare services, and inadequate rural healthcare infrastructure increase the vulnerability of elderly people. Government initiatives such as Ayushman Bharat have improved insurance coverage, but significant gaps still remain. The study concludes that stronger healthcare policies, improved awareness, and accessible geriatric care services are essential for ensuring healthy aging in India.

Social media platforms have become an essential part of communication, entertainment, education, and business activities in modern society. However, the increasing use of social networking sites has also led to a rise in online scams and cyber fraud. This study aims to examine the awareness, experiences, and perceptions of social media users regarding online scams and fraudulent activities. The objectives of the study are to identify common types of social media scams, understand the psychological techniques used by scammers, and analyze the level of cybersecurity awareness among users. The study adopted a descriptive survey method. Primary data were collected through a structured online questionnaire prepared using Google Forms. The sample consisted of 100 respondents residing in Chennai selected through convenience sampling. Secondary data were collected from journals, books, articles, and online sources related to cybersecurity and social media fraud. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis and descriptive interpretation. The findings revealed that a majority of respondents frequently encounter suspicious messages, fake investment schemes, phishing links, and fraudulent advertisements on social media platforms. Many users expressed concerns about clicking unknown links and regularly reviewing privacy settings to protect their accounts. The study also found that emotional manipulation and false trust are commonly used by scammers to deceive users. The research concludes that increasing cybersecurity awareness, digital literacy, stronger privacy measures, and user education are essential in reducing social media scams and creating a safer digital environment

The B-pillar is a critical automotive structural member that significantly influences side-impact safety, roof crush resistance, and overall occupant protection. Increasing regulatory pressure and the transition toward lightweight electric vehicles have intensified research into advanced B-pillar materials and structural optimization. This review summarizes recent developments in crashworthiness analysis, lightweight materials, thickness optimization, structural reinforcement, and finite element simulation methods for B-pillar design. High-strength steels, aluminum alloys, and fiber-reinforced composites are compared in terms of stiffness, energy absorption, manufacturability, and mass efficiency. Emerging directions including topology optimization, hybrid joining, and AI-assisted design are discussed. The review identifies major research gaps and proposes future pathways for safer and lighter vehicle body structures

Wound Although the biological process of healing is intricate and tightly controlled, chronic and non-healing wounds continue to pose a significant clinical challenge, impacting millions of patients globally and putting a significant financial strain on healthcare systems. Prolonged inflammation, poor angiogenesis, oxidative stress, microbial colonization, and dysregulated protease activity are some of the factors that lead to delayed wound healing, especially in older and diabetic populations. Because of its strong anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, and pro-angiogenic qualities, velutin, a naturally occurring flavonoid, has garnered more and more interest for use in wound healing applications. Poor aqueous solubility, low absorption, and insufficient retention at the wound site hinder velutin's clinical translation despite its therapeutic potential. Thermosensitive hydrogels have emerged as an advanced drug delivery platform capable of overcoming these limitations by providing in situ gelation, sustained drug release, enhanced wound residence time, and a moist, protective healing environment. This review highlights the pathophysiology of chronic wounds, the pharmacological potential of velutin in wound repair, and the advantages of thermosensitive hydrogel systems as wound dressings. Emphasis is placed on the synergistic integration of velutin with thermoresponsive hydrogels as a promising strategy to improve therapeutic efficacy, patient compliance, and overall wound healing outcomes.

The connection between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with Human Resource (HR) analytics has become a major shift for companies wanting to manage their workforce using data. In today's fast-paced and digital world, decisions about people need to be backed by up to date information and smart strategies. ERP systems gather all the important data from an organization, while HR analytics turns that data into useful insights that help improve how well the workforce performs, how productive they are and how well the company plans for the future. This study looks at the difficulties, possibilities and advantages of combining ERP systems with HR analytics. It shows how new technology, connecting different data sources, using predictions to guide decisions and working together across the organization all help make HR decisions better. The paper also points out how changes in technology, using automation and the use of AI are helping areas like hiring, keeping employees happy, managing their performance and making sure they stay with the company. The results show that companies that use ERP and HR analytics together get more efficient operations, better forecasts for their workforce, a better experience for employees and a lasting edge over competitors. However, there are still big challenges like keeping data private, the cost of setting it up, resistance from employees and the complexity of the systems. The study ends by saying that aligning the company's strategy, being ready for new technology and managing changes within the organization are key to making this integration work. This research presents the design and implementation of a robust mobility and autonomous navigation system for a wheeled robotic platform, focusing on real-time responsiveness and stable obstacle negotiation. Traditional autonomous control systems often suffer from high latency and CPU freezing due to conventional delay-based programming. To address these limitations, this study implements a Reactive Path Planning strategy powered by a Non-Blocking State Machine architecture. By utilizing asynchronous timing control through the millis() function, the system achieves continuous sensor monitoring and parallel task execution, ensuring that the processor remains active during decision-making intervals. The navigation logic is governed by a defined State Transition Table, which facilitates seamless transitions between movement states including forward progression, emergency reversal, and directional pivoting based on immediate environmental stimuli. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the reactive "Sense-Act" cycle significantly improves the robot's ability to navigate cluttered environments with high temporalprecision and reduced communication interruptions. The findings conclude that the integration of non-blocking control logic provides a scalable and efficient framework for autonomous mobile robots in dynamic industrial and domestic applications .
