 Abstract

Pain is one of the major features that disturb the regular activities of every individual at some point of time. Tennis Elbow or Snayugata Vata affecting Koorpara sandhi (Koorpara sandhi means elbow joint) is one such condition, where the major feature is pain. Effective treatment can definitely shorten the total span of painful symptoms and the patient would be able to perform daily routine activities without the suffering of pain. A 44-year-old female came to the outpatient department of our hospital with complaint of pain in right elbow and unable to perform day to day regular activities. She was given Nirgundipatra Upanaha (A mixture of Nirgundipatra, Saindhav lavana and Til oil were used for Local application and secured with bandage) once daily along with 2 Tablets of Trayodashang Guggulu 500mg each. The tablets were given twice daily, orally for a period of 21 days. Evaluation was noted on 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28th day. After 28th day, reduction in signs and symptoms like pain, tenderness, pricking sensation and improvement in functional activity was observed. The objective as well as subjective parameters were taken into consideration. Study implications can be stated as, due to increase in the patients of Tennis Elbow, an Ayurvedic treatment which is easy to perform, long lasting effect and non-invasive in nature will help the general public to lead pain free life.

Social media is a term used to describe the interaction between groups or individuals in which they produce, share, and sometimes exchange ideas, images, videos and many more over the internet and in virtual communities. Children are growing up surrounded by mobile devices and interactive social networking sites such as Twitter, and Instagram which has made the social media a vital aspect of their life. Social network is transforming the behavior in which youthful people relate with their parents, peers, as well as how they make use of technology. Social networking sites may also be used to network efficiently. On the negative side, the internet is laden with a number of risks associated with online communities. Cyber bullying, which means a type of harassment that is perpetrated using electronic technology, is one of the risks.

The electron donating properties, of Cerium - Zirconium mixed oxides at various compositions have been reported at three activation temperatures of 300oC, 500oC & 800oC. The strength and distribution of electron donor sites are determined from the studies on the adsorption of electron acceptors (EA) of various electron affinities in acetonitrile solvent.

 Abstract

Intellectual property rights refer to the property rights which are granted to an author or creator of a new invention or intangible asset. The concept of intellectual property was developed in the 18th century, with the first federal statute on patents being passed in 1790. Intellectual property rights are the legal protection granted to individuals who have invented something new or created something original that is capable of being physically reproduced or transmitted. The scope of intellectual property rights varies from country to country, but generally any form of expression that falls within the jurisdiction of copyright law and patent law is protected as intellectual property (see section 20(1)(b) of the Copyright Act 1957). More than other business models, e-commerce frequently involves the sale of goods and services that are dependent on IP and its licensing. Through e-commerce, you may exchange things like software, designs, training materials, systems, and more, with the IP serving as the major source of value. Because valuable commodities traded online must be safeguarded by technological security measures and IP laws, or entire firms risk being ruined by theft or piracy. This paper studies the history of IPR, Its types and role of IPR in e- commerce. The protection for any creative work such as music, text, software code, graphic design etc. cannot be revoked by anyone at all as it is not owned by anyone in particular. IP rights protect intellectual property in a wide variety of ways, covering protection of inventions and designs, protection for data and software, as well as protection for literary material like books and films. IP plays a role in facilitating smoother E-Commerce transactions.

Ploysaccharides from mushroom have the ability to cure the the wound produced by bacteria and fungi those are resistant to the antibiotics. This article showed that the antibacterial activity of bioactive polysaccharides from the mushrooms and as well as it's antioxidant potential. The bioactive polysaccharides shows highly effective against E.Coli and Salmonella

 Abstract

The book Theory of International Politics without a doubt is a pillar in the field of international relations. Kenneth Waltz is considered as the founder of Neorealist theory or what is known "Structural Realism". His book was published at a time when Neo-liberalism was dominant. Indeed, he opened a huge debate in IR and challenged the consensus that prevailed at the time. The concepts of anarchy and power are at the center of Waltz's theory of international politics where he tried to explain how the structure of the international system is, and how this system affects the behavior of states, which they are considered as the main players in the international system. Thus, the current study's aim is to analyze and identify the main arguments and concepts of the book and the critics directed to it. To do so, in the first section, the intellectual background of the author and introduction to the book has been mentioned. Second, the arrangement of the chapters of the book is illustrated.  Abstract

One of the most destructive natural disasters in the world is an earthquake. It thought about that the buildings that collapsed during the earthquake caused enormous damage. The destruction of man-made structures is the primary cause of this catastrophe. The building's lack of lateral rigidity is what causes it to collapse during an earthquake. For stability, multistory buildings require a seismic motion. There have been some attempts to determine the optimum technique for making multi-story structures sturdy and stable against earthquake effects. Shear wall construction is one of the primary methods for creating a diaphragm that provide lateral support for high-rise and multi-story structures. Shear walls have the necessary qualities, such as stiffness and strength, to support a building and enable it to withstand significant lateral and vertical stresses. In a multi-story building on a sloped site, this research sought to determine the best location for the shear wall. Considered is a reinforced concrete (RC) framed, five-story structure on a sloped site that is vulnerable to earthquake loads in zone V. Utilizing ETABS structural design software, assessments and design comparisons are performed. A variety of shear wall cases at various points in the building under consideration have been examined.

The rise of NFTs has opened up new possibilities for creators, collectors, and investors. However, the absence of a reliable and secure platform for trading these digital assets has been a significant challenge. Our research aims to address this problem by proposing a decentralized NFT marketplace that utilizes blockchain technology and smart contracts to ensure transparency, security, and efficiency in the buying and selling process. One of the main benefits of our proposed marketplace is that it enables creators to easily create and sell NFTs to interested buyers, without intermediaries or centralized authorities. This reduces transaction costs and empowers creators to have more control over their work and monetize it fairly and transparently. We identified and addressed various technical challenges in building an NFT marketplace, such as integrating different blockchain protocols, ensuring scalability, and developing user-friendly interfaces. We also conducted a comprehensive assessment of the system's performance and security using various metrics and scenarios, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of our proposed solution. In conclusion, our study provides a valuable resource for developers, researchers, and practitioners interested in exploring the potential of NFTs and blockchain-based markets. By leveraging the power of blockchain technology, we can create a more secure, efficient, and transparent marketplace for digital assets that has the potential to revolutionize the way we think about ownership and value in the digital world.

 Abstract

The aim of this article is to highlight the social and economical empowerment of Tribal women in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu in India. Among the 36 tribal communities of Tamil Nadu, This article focused only Kattunayakan tribes in Coimbatore District. They tribe live in settlement scattered over mountains and forest. Especially the tribal women though they are away from the main stream of national life, but they are not kept away from the impact of socio - economic changes effecting the society in general. In this process of change, the tribal woman is forced to adhere to certain norms which may even take away her freedom, her control over the traditional productive system, her house, family and children and even her own life. It is often challeged that the level of aspiration of these women as a group is low It is most often not true only to women folk but to everyone who feels helpless and frustrated. It is also suggested to provide skill, and vocational training programs to tribal women living in rural areas.
