The article considers the extraction of different types of pigments of Pigeon pea with an insecticide (TAFGOR) in a laboratory condition. Pigeon pea is a perennial, tropical legume grown mainly in India. It belongs to the family Fabaceae. Though largely considered an Orphan crop, it has a huge untapped potential for improvement both in quality and quantity of production in Africa. Dimethoate is a widely used organophosphate and acaricide. TAFGOR (30% EC of Dimethoate) is an Acetylcholine esterase inhibitor and also can be used to show the toxic effect on some legume crops like pigeon pea. It is highly effective in controlling and sucking the pests. It is highly compatible with other insecticides and fungicides. The present paper is aimed at studying the effects of Dimethoate on different pigment contents of widely cultivated crop, pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan L.). variety- Manak, Different concentrations of the stress (TAFGOR) were prepared by using distilled water as the solvent from the above stock solution.0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000PPM. This experiment is done under laboratory conditions with sowing 10 seeds in 21 germination bowls which contain 200 gm. of soil and sand (3:1). The emergence of radicle and plumule is considered as the index of germination. The seedlings are then exposed to light after germination. The following day, after the exposure of seeds to light, there is rapid elongation of radicle and plumule. On 9th day, it is observed that 100% germination in control. So, we observed the germination and leaf emergence of seeds which are shown in different concentrations of TAFGOR, then we measured the length of shoot and root. It is observed with both the fresh weight of root and shoot and dry weight of root and shoot (by keeping in Oven for 15 minutes). On 10th day, in Cajanus cajan L. seedlings grow at 0,50,100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 PPM TAFGOR treatment, we have done the pigment analysis. There is an inverse relationship between the percentage of seed germination and concentration of TAFGOR i.e. with increase in concentration there is decrease in germination of seeds. The morphological studies also show that, at control the length of the shoot and root is maximum, but when the concentration of the stress increases, the length decreases sharply due to more toxicity. At 1000 PPM, the length is recorded minimum. The fresh and dry weight of root and shoot decreases from control to the 1000 PPM of TAFGOR treated seedlings. The pigment content of Cajanus cajan L. increases at 400 PPM but after that it decreases with increase in concentration.

Object recognition is the process of identifying a distinguished object in a picture or video sequence. Many different approaches of visual perception using a normal classifier or deep neural network were proposed. The objective is to implement a Convolution Neural Network for object classification. It described the innovative solution that provides efficient object detection through deep learning with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) which has achieved great success in the classification of various types of object. A variety of layer-wise visualization methods were applied using CNN, trained with a publicly available any class object given academia image dataset. So, it observed that neural networks can capture the colors and textures of objects specific to respective type which resembles human decision-making.

Afghanistan has taken a number of measures to combat against tax evasion. These measures however, have not led to strengthening tax compliance in the country. This is because of social realities such as smuggling, corruption, black marketing, trading in narcotics and rejection of the state tax model of governance and its tax architecture by the local Afghan tribal leaders and the populace. This article argues that these problems present the greatest hurdle in Afghanistan's quest towards a tax compliant society. The article therefore, begins by highlighting the importance of the nexus between tax and development for Afghanistan. It then moves to examine the Afghan tax culture that results in loopholes that result in tax leakages. The article also closely considers strategic government led interventions to address the problem of tax evasion. Later, the paper proposes recommendations tailored towards mitigating some of the tax evasion practices.

The world is moving towards an automated environment everywhere. Student attendance is one of the regular procedures, but it follows the formal way of recording attendance which is a time-consuming method. On the other hand, a minimum of 70% attendance for each subject is mandatory to avoid being barred from the exam. Student attendance management system deals with a maintenance of the student�s attendance data. In this paper, this attendance system has entirely automated by the combination of face recognition and RFID technology. The combination of RFID with face recognition improves the accuracy and prevents from the unwanted activities. The information regarding the presence and absence of students can be viewed by parents and students with an app.

Concrete is widely used in domestic, commercial, recreational, rural and educational construction. Concrete basics aim to provide a clear, concise explanation of all aspects of making quality concrete from the materials and properties involved through planning, preparation, casting and curing. Concrete is mixture of cement, coarse, fine aggregates and water. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of spent catalyst and seashells in concrete replacing cement and coarse aggregate. The objective of this study is to analyze the behavior of concrete using seashells and spent catalyst and to compare between the normal concrete and concrete mixed with seashells and spent catalyst. Cement was partially replaced in (10%, 15% and 20%) with spent catalyst and Coarse Aggregate was partially replaced in (5%, 10%, and 15%) with seashells. Cubes were cast in mould with dimension (150mm x 150mm x 150mm) using mix design calculation for C30 grade which was done according to ACI method. The result show that the compressive strength is increased up to 15 percent replacement of cement and coarse aggregate with spent catalyst and seashells for 28 days. The addition of spent catalyst and seashells has positive effect on the compressive strength of cube.

This Project deals with the Feed water Deaerator level control using adaptive control system with DCS in Thermal Power Station. Deaerator is generally employed in Chemical Industries, Process Industries, Power Plants and in Paper and Pulp Industries. The oxygen with in the boiler feed water is the main reason of boiler corrosion. Oxygen corrosion is one of biggest dangers in boiler treatment. The performance of the deaerator is to get rid of the dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water before stepping into boiler. The removal of dissolved oxygen from the water is claimed to be deoxidization. The deoxidization system with a nonlinear structure is characterized by multi-input multi-output and its level and pressure is powerfully coupled. The pressure and level must be unbroken steady to urge eliminate oxygen in water effectively. The Deaerator system is monitored by different level and pressure with respect to the load given. If the load is high- or low-level tripping conditions are enabled to protect the boiler feed water.

Tecomaria capensis (Bignoniaceae) is otherwise called tecoma. It is an evergreen scrambler widely grows in forest margins but more commonly along drainage lines in dense woodland. It is used for the treatment of fever, pneumonia and stomach troubles also rubbed on bleeding gums to promote blood clotting. We aimed to explore the pharmacognistic and phytochemical screening of leaves of Tecomaria capensis. Separation of lapachone was attempted. The separated lapachone was characterised by HRBC stabilisation method. The study paved the presence of lapachone in Ethylacetate and ethanol extracts of Tecomaria capensis.

Originally, the black were suppressed by the white for their economical interest. In the course of historical events, the suppression was being mitigated. The root system of higher plants is associated not only with an intimate environment composed of organic and inorganic substances but also with a vast community of metabolically active microorganisms. This paper investigates the enzyme characterization of bacteria from rhizosphere of Vitis vinifera. For the present work plant with high berry production was selected. Soil sample was collected aseptically from the rhizosphere, rhizoplane and non-rhizosphere, and different dilutions were made. Different selective media like Pseudomonas isolation agar, Minimal agar, Actinomycete isolation agar, Nutrient agar and Saborauds agar were used for isolation of rhizospheric microorganisms. Total 104 isolates of fungi and bacteria were isolated from rhizospheric soil and only 39 isolates were obtained from non- rhizosphere soil. These rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric isolates were characterized for enzyme production by using skim milk, chitin agar, xylan agar, tributyrine agar, starch agar, Pikovskaya medium, Czapek-mineral salt medium, Urea agar. The obtained results indicate that the isolated colony types like NAS I, MMS I, MMS III, MM1I, NAS V, NA1 III shows versatility in enzyme production. These types produce more than one types of enzymes. The obtained results indicate that the increase in berry production is due to the synthetic activity of rhizospheric microorganisms which helps in solubilisation of higher metabolic components to simple form so that they can be easily utilizable and will enhance plant growth and production.
