Background: The continuous problem of women's underrepresentation in senior positions in the banking industry emphasizes the need for a thorough investigation of the obstacles preventing gender equity. Disparities still exist despite progress, hence a targeted study into particular challenges encountered by female professionals in banking leadership is required. Objectives: In order to promote gender equity in banking leadership, this study identifies and quantifies the challenges. Objectives includes examining the Intersectionality of Challenges faced by women in advancing to leadership positions within the banking sector, with a specific focus on intersectionality. Also the study attempts to evaluate Impact of Women in leadership roles in the banking sector in Delhi. Methodology: The study uses a quantitative methodology, polling 120 banking industry participants in a particular geographic area. To determine the significance of mean differences for each detected challenge, one-sample t-tests are utilised,. To determine how much these challenges affect gender equity in banking leadership, the study makes use of statistical analysis. Findings: Null hypothesis are rejected by the results, which show statistically significant mean differences for all challenges. The greatest mean difference indicates that women's skill development possibilities are unequal, which is a major problem. Significant effects are also shown by other challenges, such as gender prejudice in promotions, differences in work-life balance assistance, gender stereotypes, and a lack of open performance reviews for women. Conclusion: The study's conclusion emphasises the necessity of focused actions to remove obstacles preventing gender equity in banking leadership. A significant impact of these challenges is shown by the rejection of null hypotheses. In addition to being morally right, promoting gender equity is now strategically necessary for the performance of organisations and a more diverse pool of candidates for banking leadership positions.

In this paper, we introduce and study the notion of fuzzy pre-?-gsg-closed sets in fuzzy topological spaces and their essential characteristics and operations. Key concepts such as fuzzy pre-?-gsg neighborhoods, fuzzy pre-?-gsg closure, and fuzzy pre-?-gsg interior are introduced and analyzed, providing a powerful tool for handling uncertainty in fuzzy topological spaces

Microfinance is a term for financial services that are offered to individuals or groups, of lower socioeconomic backgrounds or those who lack access to traditional financial services. Microfinance includes a number of services, such as savings accounts, loans, remittances i.e. fund transfers, micro insurance, credit, leasing etc. These services are provided by a variety of institutions which can be broadly divided into micro finance institutions (MFIs), banks, NGOs, credit and savings cooperatives and associations, and non-financial and informal sources. In India, microfinance products and services are provided under two heads i.e. financial services and non-financial services. In financial services, MFIs provide savings account, loan accounts, micro-insurance, micro-leasing, micro-pension, housing loan product etc. In non-financial services MFIs offer business development services, social intermediation services, micro-finance and social services etc. A microfinance institution offers small business loans that are safe to borrower. Therefore, microfinance institutions are becoming one of the best tools for reducing poverty in India. Some microfinance institutions provide financial and business education in order to best position their clients for starting up a small business or to act efficiently as an entrepreneur. In this research paper the availability of different micro-finance products in financial and non-financial categories are discussed. Also, the advantages of each product is also examined.

ABSTRACT: This study examines the role of mass media in the success of the Biogas Programme in Karnataka, which focuses on sustainable energy adoption and rural development. The paper explores how various forms of media, such as television, radio, newspapers, and online platforms, have contributed to promoting and educating people about biogas technology. By sharing knowledge, raising awareness, and educating rural communities, mass media have encouraged participation and adoption. The research combines qualitative media content analysis and quantitative surveys of Biogas Programme beneficiaries, revealing that mass media have positively influenced perceptions and attitudes towards biogas, leading to increased acceptance and implementation. Challenges, such as language barriers and access limitations, are also identified. The study's implications extend globally to other sustainable development initiatives, highlighting the vital role of mass media in their success. Ultimately, the Biogas Programme's achievement is linked to effective communication through mass media, emphasizing collaboration between governments, media, and local communities for successful sustainable development.

Data mining techniques are commonly used, and data warehousing plays a significant role in this process. The major difficulties in data warehousing have always been scalability and efficiency. Data warehousing is currently facing difficult hurdles in various areas as a result of the increasing development of data, and old methods are experiencing bottlenecks. As part of our research, we describe a document-based data warehouse. A distributed, document-oriented database is used to build the data warehouse in our technique of ETL, and the MapReduce framework is used for this.To highlight the facts of the situation, a case study is presented. The entire procedure when compared to RDBMS-based data warehousing, ours is more efficient. This method demonstrates increased scalability, flexibility, and efficiency. At its most basic level, the ETL process includes the extraction, transformation, and loading of data. Extraction, conversion, and loading are the three steps implied by the word, this basic description leaves out one important aspect: data transportation. The areas where each of these stages intersect

Cloud computing broadens the asset sharing idea as of late used in utility and Grid computing with a plan of action, where assets are provisioned as services to customers. Cloud computing is exceedingly dynamic; along these lines planning tasks and assets is small challenging. Planning can be portrayed as the arrangement of policies to control the request of work to be performed by a PC framework. The main advantage of booking algorithm is to achieve an elite computing and high framework throughput. Cloud brokerage service is a novel space of exploration. In this time of intermediation, cloud brokerage service assumes an indispensable part in the business. Cloud broker makes an interface to work with the IT client to lean toward the appropriate server farm outfitted with enough resources sufficient of the client

Education is the foundation on which the socio-economic development (Paas, 2008)1 of the citizens and the nation as a whole hinges. Growth of a country depends on its ability to continuously educate the population and create skilled manpower. Particularly, the higher education is the major driver of economic competiveness. Professional Educational Institutions which want to gain competitive edge need to begin searching for creative and efficient ways to attract, retain and foster stronger relationships with the students. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of education by restructuring, reengineering, strategizing and resource planning using state-of-art tools to satisfy the growing expectations of the students. In the present era, use of Information Technology (IT) based services in management and delivery of education has become essential part of educational processes. Internet and Communication Technology (ICT) increases the efficacy of transactions and productivity in the information driven society. Many institutions engaged in imparting higher education are utilizing information technology services as an effective tool for monitoring and improving organization's academic and administrative performance (OECD, 2004).

Integral equations are a standout amongst the most helpful scientific instruments in both immaculate and connected Mathematics. They have huge applications in numerous real problems. Many starting and limit esteem problems related with ordinary differential condition (ODE) and partial differential condition (PDE) can be changed into problems of comprehending some surmised essential equations. There exists a broad hypothesis for impartial useful integro differential equations which incorporates subjective conduct of classes of such equations and applications to biological and designing procedures for subtleties. A fuzzy Inference system (FIS) maps fresh contributions to fresh yields. A FIS comprises of four segments: the fuzzifier, inference motor, rule base, and defuzzifier. We can say that Fuzzy logic ideas incorporate fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic administrators, rule-based frameworks, fuzzy maps, and derivation motor and defuzzification strategies. The utilization of fuzzy inference capacities is effectively taken care of even in state space; interestingly, all counts must be numerical and not diagnostic.
