Machine learning is an Artificial Intelligent (AI) that furnishes systems with the capability to automatically learn and improve from past experience and historical data. The primary aim is to authorize the computers learn automatically without human involvement and adjust actions accordingly. The concept of clustering plays a supplemental challenge to existing learning algorithm. The proposed system works based on the multi-view clustering. One crucial problem in telecommunication is that today data is sizable, dynamic and heterogeneous. Multi-view clustering is the unsupervised machine learning technique which is used to collect data from multiple domains and increases the data security, and encoding to optimize the storage size. Rather than this implementation, we introduce a new exclusive model to segregate the data through some categories using k-means algorithm. The experiment shows that our method is effective in storage optimization and identifies the best using clustering.

In an ordinary Parlance the creation of opportunities for Religious Scholars often led to the Narratives like Introducing -Modern Science, English Language, Smart Classrooms, Access to Computers and Internet, or led them to Join the So Called Mainstream through Schemes likeBridge Courses . While on the other Hand there is a Narrative that Reject the Mainstream Theory and Consider that Such thing will ultimately deteriorate the true Spirit and Purity of the Religion. In the midst of these arguments, We are Still witnessing that Even in this 21st Century an Imam of a Mosque is being Paid Rs 5000/m and Similar Wages are being Paid to Pandits of a Temple in a City like Delhi and as a Consequence they are forced to lead the life of a Flatterer of -Influential Persons, Big Businessman, Builders of the Locality .This Phenomena ultimately undermines the true essence of any Religion. In these circumstances, a serious question arises, that is -why not to create a great Scope in their own existing System without undermining the true Essence and without diverting them to some other Stream? In this work an attempt has been made to Explore New Scope and opportunities for Religious Scholars, how their Scholarship can be used and how the resource existing in different religions like Political Thought etc can be utilised for solving our Burning Problems in the modern times and how Peace and harmony can be established. The Work Primarily talks about, -Establishment of Research Institute Run and Managed by Religious Scholars that may Suggest the Government in Policy matters in achieving Specific Goals like How to Remove Social Evils and Crimes, How Judiciary can Work more Effectively and in Expeditious Manner,Administrative Reforms,Policing Model and Several other areas that affect the Life of an ordinary People in the Country. Further there is a Proposal of Establishment of Society for Peace like Vedanta Society across the Country(District Wise)having Representative from different Religious Communities. That will act as a Platform for Mediation and a message for Peaceful Coexistence. These Independent Set-up may gain Repute by the Passage of time in the Society that subsequently will attract Grants from different Sources.

Abstract: There are so many crimes committed against women in the form of dowry, violence, rape, stalking, sexual harassment, etc. and the most common problem now a days faced by the working women at work place is Sexual harassment. Although the Constitution has provided the equal status to the women but still it is on the paper and not in the reality. After the landmark judgment of Vishakha, by understanding the need of hour The Sexual Harassment Act, 2013 came into existence to protect the rights of women at workplaces. The Act is the wonderful piece of legislation because it not only provides protection to the women at work place but also it provides the redressal committee to hear and entertain the complaints of working women at workplace. If there is any truth in the complaint made by the women then it follows the appropriate procedure in providing justice to the women. An effort is made by the researcher to summarize the content of the Sexual harassment Act and tries to find out the reason that why the Act is unsuccessful in achieving its objective.

The entire mankind across the globe is suffering an unprecedented pandemic of COVID-19 disease. Despite so many efforts, the pandemic is continuing to spread across the world causing terror in the globe. Currently, there is no medicine recommended by WHO to cure COVID-19, although treatments and vaccines are currently under study. However, the potential therapy is symptomatic. In such situations, it is necessary to draw on the knowledge of all medical systems available globally. Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wuhan to treat COVID-19 cases sets the example demonstrating that traditional health care can contribute to treatment of these patients successfully. Research Councils under Ministry of AYUSH, GOI also issued advisory based on the Indian traditional medicine practices in the wake of present COVID-19 crises. So, the present article is attempted to critically analyze and highlight the knowledge and medical measures described in Ayurveda to deal with such an epidemic diseases with special reference to COVID-19 pandemic crises. It is a mere conceptual article and is not claiming to prevent and cure COVID-19.

This study examined the impact of migration on multidimensional poverty in Gurage zone of Southern National Regional State in Ethiopia. The key objectives of the study were to analyze the prevalence of multidimensional poverty, identifying the determinants of MPI, and estimating the impact of migration on multidimensional poverty of rural households in the study area. Data were collected from a total of randomly selected 384 sample households. The data were analyzed using a multidimensional poverty index, probit regression model and propensity score matching. From multidimensional poverty index, the adjusted headcount ratio in non-migrant households, migrant sending households, and overall population was 19.8%, 10.5%, and 15.7%, respectively. The incidence of poverty in non-migrant and migrant sending households was 43.5% and 25.6%, in that order. The average deprivation share of poor people in migrant sending and non-migrant households in the weighted indicators was 41% and 43.5%, correspondingly. The contribution of non-migrant and migrant sending households to the adjusted headcount ratio was 70.5% and 29.5%, respectively. The result of an econometric model indicated that; household size, number of migrants, education of household head, and livestock holding have a significant effect on rural household multidimensional poverty in the study area. The average effect of migration on multidimensional poverty reduction was 4.3% and 1.6% in migrant sending households and the entire population, respectively. This study showed that, the scale and the prevalence of multidimensional poverty is well controlled by migration. Therefore, this study recommended for development planners to mainstream migration and all stakeholders are requested to participate in awareness creation on top of effective migration management and efficient use of its remunerations.

Aquatic vertebrates play crucial role in their respective ecosystems for ecological balance and stability. Fresh water fishes constitutes the most conspicuous component of inland aquatic fauna. These cold blooded Gnathostome vertebrates are perpetually chained to an underwater existence and occur in all kind of hydrographic media. . The river water under goes drastic changes in hydrogen ion concentration according to the rain fall and other potential factors such as their origin in snow capped mountains, which melt during summers. The migration of the fish during rainy season or monsoon is mostly for breeding purpose. The Amphibians are known for their dual life both on land as well as in water, mostly they spend early stage or developmental stages of their life in water. Amphibians often spend their adult life near the water bodies and marshy or moist places. The River Tawi was investigated in 2007-08 for thorough study of fauna from its banks and inside the water . During the investigation very limited groups of vertebrates were explored and studied that included some species of prominent fishes of the region and a unique species of Amphibian. This investigation was carried out between Nagrota and nikki Tawi bridge that covers 7-8 kms stretch of the river. Attempts were made to collect the specimens periodically in all the seasons and several chances were gone vain since river is deteriorating due to direct and indirect exposure of pollutants and solid wastes coming from highly populated Jammu city in the form of sewerages and garbages. Pollution caused major damage to important fauna of the river and reduced population of its inhabitants to greater extent. Main emphasis have been laid on the recovery of fauna present in the river and particularly vertebrates ( Fishes and Amphibians ) that plays major role in the ecosystem and functions as top most consumers in the food chain and food webs at certain trophic levels. During the investigation three species of fishes and one species of Frog were found and studied for their characteristic features. The fishes studied were Tor tor, Labeo rohita and Mystus seenghala ,while one species of frog was Rana cyanophlyctis.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID19) is caused by SARS-COV2 which is a RNA type virus and spreads through droplets. COVID 19 is now a pandemic disease. In several researches it has been shown that this virus works through Angiotensin converting enzyme II (ACEII) and its receptor named ACEII receptor and ACE receptor 1 (AT1R). We are considering a new treatment pathway which is blocker of JAK-STAT pathway and STAT2 and STAT 6 pathway. ACE II receptors are expressed via JAK STAT pathway and STAT2, STAT3, STAT6 pathways. So with anti viral therapy, if we provide JAK-STAT pathway inhibitor like Baricitinib and Ruxolitinib then the treatment can show a better prognosis.
