Insurance Policies play an important role in covering the success or failure of a business venture. Business insurance plans have gained importance in the last few years set off by an increase in cutthroat competition among big organizations and the need for survival of businesses. A business can be defined as a venture or firm which functions on a low level of production and create lesser number of shareholders as compared to its large business counterparts. Thus, some ventures are incapable of grasp the advantages of the market scale and are therefore safeguarded by their respective governments. A consistent capital flow, frequent development and invention of advanced technology can help in developing the venture in a smart way besides guaranteeing their market presence. Business insurance plans are essential instruments which provide monetary security to the owner and its stakeholders but the retirement plan under this policy also helps in providing long-tern retirement benefits to its employees as well.

ABSTRACT It is that human resource development /training policy, like any other policy, must be supported by appropriate institutional mechanisms and tools if it is to achieve its intended objectives. The strength of the policy implementation lies in identifying such challenges and finding ways of overcoming them. The discussion reveals that human resource development is closely linked to other human resource factors that pertain at a given period, such as recruitment policies, labour market patterns, the age and experience of staff etc. Human resource development policies therefore must be reviewed from time to time to keep in step with the changing environment. It is to provide a supportive working environment that helps employees feel valued and rewards behavior that helps us to develop as an organisation and achieve our overall objectives

Diabetes can be provided with the best solution when it is known earlier. It may lead to several problems like kidney damage, heart disease, nerve damage, and eye diseases. Image processing is a procedure of using a digital computer to process digital images through various algorithms. Iridology is a medical science to study the iris tissues which can help to predict various problems in the human body, long before the symptoms occur. In this paper, we are using image processing to study the iris images with the help of iridology to predict the presence of diabetes mellitus in a human for classification of images, SVM algorithm is being used because it is more appealing theoretically than KNN and Navey Bayes algorithms and in practice, its strength is its power to address non-linear classification tasks and the 2-D wavelet tree extraction technique to extract data from image datasets of 100 people having normal eye(healthy) and diabetic eye. We are providing an interface to easily upload images and obtain results. Accuracy of 89.7% is observed which persuades the effectiveness of the system.

The purpose of this article is to understand the history and concept of foreign exchange transactions in a better way and to get to know about the various types of risks which are pending to banks linked with foreign exchange transactions and, how these commercial banks delay that risk by modifying or reducing the loss. It mainly focuses on the various kinds of risks that the banks face and what are the ways by which these commercial banks can prevent those risks associated with foreign exchange. Then with reference to two Indian banks- one private and one government, it has been briefly discussed that how banks in India prefer or rather, how a particular type of risk management technique is more applicable to Indian banks as compared to the rest. It starts with discussing in detail, what the Distant Conversation marketplace is and how it has evolved over the years, the different kinds of transactions- long term and short term that happen, the function that banks play in it and how they manage the various risks associated with foreign exchange transactions when the exchange rates of a currency pair keep changing by the minute.

Electro-mechanical system is used in Automated parking system [APS] multiplies the parking capacity inside a parking lot. When driver enters the parking area the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) shows slots to park the car. This LCD shows available slots as A and Not available as NA. Electro-mechanical devices like, DC motor / Hydraulic pump is used to move up and down of the pallet when car is parked. These electro-mechanical devices are operated through Programable logic control [PLC] to give commands including, Radio frequency identification [RFID], limit switch and proximity sensor which detects the physical movement of the object and responds to it. Micro-controller checks the signals from sensors and stores the entry and exit data of cars.

Labour-management relations in the present industrial society constitute an important area responsible for collaboration and strife at workplace and it is a dynamic body subject to evolution. The interactions between employees and management have reached to a critical stage in this transforming age. Hierarchically and horizontally, at various levels starting from the instrumental role in protection of democracy at workplace, redefining the people management practices, to the political participation at national and international levels, trade unions are playing keen role in decision consensus in industrial relations. To mention a few, phenomenal changes have taken place in industrial relations via meta-morphosis in public industrial investment foray, the nature of industrial employment and work organization, negotiations, employee reward and welfare, flexible work systems, technology adaptation, increased employee responsibility, production/productivity agreements and in the industrial relations law and public policy. Besides the overt mainstream ideological or ideal based workplace relations, historically there is a conspicuous growing trend towards gender, caste, class, ethnicity, and context based versions of industrial relations with culture as the dominant undercurrent behind. This paper presents the fluidity in current industrial relations in Indian public sector enterprises.

The rainfall in India is widely variable with respect to time and different regions. The study of precipitation trends is critically important for a country like ours whose food security and economy are almost completely dependent on the felicitous availability of water. The trend analysis of rainfall pattern in Uttar Pradesh is studied through time series analysis of rainfall for a long period of 50 years. The statistical analysis of the data relating with rainfall pattern during the period from 1968-2017 has been done by procuring the data from Open Government Data Platforms. The present paper is targeted towards analysing the trend of rainfall for the state of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.). Comparison of this trend with other states (namely Rajasthan, Odisha, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh) has been done and average annual rainfall has been indexed for inter and intra state comparison.

Karnataka is identified as one of mineral rich states of the country. Mining provides substantial non-tax revenue to the states exchequer. Since Karnataka is one of most biodiversity rich state, it is important to preserve these natural resources for the wellbeing of the coming generations. Mining is viewed as one of the important economic activities which have the potential of contributing to the development of economies. At the same time, its impact on labourers and surrounding communities have been a major concerns to government, the general public and stakeholders and individuals. The objectives: of this paper is to understand the nature of work, causes, and hazardous situations labourers confronted with. This also analyses the health conditions socio-economic background of mining labourers of HK region in particular and Karnataka state in general. Methodology: The study is based on primary and secondary data collected from mining prone areas. Though, mines have some positive impact, such as employment opportunity and infrastructural development but their impact on health is negative, which can occur through both environmental and health channels. The impacts of mining on the health are magnified. The mining damages health in many ways dust, chemical spills, harmful fumes, heavy metals and radiation can poison labourers and cause life-long health problems to them. The present study paper says if a mine labourer met an accident at work place, he may ends up with losing his limbs. Whereas the dust contaminated with noxious elements that he inhales it troubles health. The mine labourer may suffer by asthma, tuberculosis and other diseases and loses his eyesight. Conclusion: The study findings indicate the need for regular health check-ups, health education, personal protective devices and engineering control for better health and productivity of the labourers.
