Money is the greatest invention of man and is the pivot around which the whole economic science rotates. It as acquired so much importance that the modern economy is described as money economy. At present we cannot think of an economy without money because an economy without money cannot function as effectively, efficiently and smoothly as a money economy. Money bas overcome all the difficulties of barter: it has made possible tremendous saving of time and trouble in marshalling of productive facilities and in the distribution of the output of industry to final consumers. It has brought about rapid economic progress by facilitating specialisation and division of labour, technological progress, large scale production of goods and extension of various forms of business and financial organisation Thus, money has been serving the various needs of man. With the passage of time, its forms and functions have changed to a great extent. Before we discuss the forms and functions of money, let us discuss the condition of exchange that were existing before the introduction of money and banking. Co-operative Banking sector plays very important role in economic development. Economic development is a process of upward change, whereby the real per capita income of a country increases over a long period of time through growth and development of business enterprises. In short economic development is a process to increase the real or per capital income of the country involves initiating and constituting change in the structure of business and society. This change is accompanied by growth and increased output, which allows more wealth to be divided by the various participants. So Co-operative Banking serve as catalysts (ie Agent) in the process of industrialization and economic growth and innovations plays a key role in economic development.

With the expansion of Internet usage, E -banking has become one of the most revolutionized components of today's economic growth. E-banking is a powerful value-added tool to attract new customers and retain the existing ones. With the proliferation of internet and computer usage, the electronic delivery of e-banking service has become ideal for banks to meet customer's expectations (Poon, 2008). Besides, it helps in eliminating costly paper handling and teller interactions in the increasingly competitive banking environment. The development of e-banking has become a priority for core advantage. The potential competitive advantage of e-banking lies in the areas of cost reduction and satisfaction of consumer needs. There are an increasing number of the various types of new financial distribution channels due to the innovation of extensive technology and advancement in the telecommunications sector. Banks attempt to gain competitive advantage in today's dynamic environment, which must therefore meld technology into building relationship and marketing activities (Moriarty et al., 1983).

FDI is an important source, a cradle of development and an essential component in the growth strategy of both developed and developing countries and hence the policies are designed and framed in such a mannerso as to stimulate inward FDI. It is a major source of finance from foreign countries which means that countries with meagre amounts of capital can attract finance influx from other wealthier countries. FDI has been one of the crucial player in China's exponential economic growth. It creates a lucrative/profitable situation for both - the host and the home countries. It promotes an open business climate, and helps in building advanced technologies and promotes advanced employee training programs, besides helping Government revenue to multiply. FDI inflow in the last two and a half decades, stimulated by globalization and liberalization of the Indian economy has played a complementary role in bridging the gap and filling the massive lag between domestic investments and saving. It is a preferred source of funds from foreign countries for the simple reason that they are not debt creating and are not volatile thus reducing the associated risk and their returns depend upon the projects financed by the investor, which means that the amount of return is in control of the investor to a certain degree.

Today Businesses are an integral part of the communities. Michael Sabia, President and Chief Executive Officer of BCE Inc., has said, "Corporations are also social institutions. The role of business, according to this model, is to create value for its shareholders and also creates value for society, manifesting itself as a win-win proposition. Corporate success is highly based on continued good relations with a wide range of individuals, groups and institutions. Corporate Social Responsibility plays vital role in winning the customer confidence that will help growing the business. Many organizations conduct campaigns to create awareness among corporate, civic bodies, and government bodies about the importance of corporate social responsibility. The term corporate responsibility has been captioned under many names including corporate citizenship, social responsibility.CSR as described by Lord Holme and Richard Watts in ‘Making Good Business Sense’. Society began to expect business to voluntarily participate in solving societal problems whether they had caused those problems or not. Report on Business Magazine recently noted that "many business leaders now believe that doing good for others means doing good for shareholders as well." Corporate social responsibility is a process in which all companies come together as one and take part in the welfare of the society. It is often referred to as business responsibility and an organization’s action on environmental, ethical, social and economic issues. New legal mandates were imposed to ensure equal employment opportunities, product safety, worker safety, and environmental protection. Companies with high CSR standards are able to demonstrate their responsibilities to the stock holders, employees, customers, and the general public. As per United Nations and the European Commission, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leads to triple bottom-line: profits, protection of environment and fight for social justice. Economist and philosopher Adam Smith suggested that the needs and desires of society could best be met by the free interaction of individuals and organizations in the marketplace. However, it is still in nascent stage in India. A recent survey reveals that 79 percent of Americans prefer to buy products of companies that actively engage in corporate social responsibility events. In this connection Indian business world should go beyond their economic and legal obligations to establish mutual trust and accept responsibilities related to the betterment of society. The papers discuss the role of corporate social responsibility. Paper also underlines the major issues/challenges faced by Indian firms, and suggests remedial measures for effective implementation of CSR initiatives.

The researcher main aim to deal with the section of 377 of IPC . As I also deal with the legal definition of Unnatural Offence . However I further classified what are the natural offences and what are the unnatural offences .I also deals with the essential elements for commiting a unnatural offence . As I come to know for committing a unnatural offence the only Carnal intercourse is a sufficient proof that the accused had been committed a unnatural offence. For more emphasis I also deals with the circumstance in which the wife can also be able to file a case against his husband for doing unnatural sex . While researching it was also come to know that there was also a possibility of misuse of section 377 against the husband for falsely making him accused. Hence it is come to consideration that if wife file a case against his husband for unnatural sex then he must be send behind the bar because IPC in clear word defines that unnatural offence must be amount to a criminal activities . Later on it court will deal whether it was unnatural offence or not . Furthermore I also deal what are the punshiment is given by court for these offence . As I also deals with landmark cases .
