Abstract
In the treatise of Manusmriti at eight cantos there are eighteen kinds of legal proceedings alluded.Among them the 15th legal proceeding namely Adultery is the best.Excluding marriage coustoms the clash that brings forth from the induction to adultery or lewdness is the Adultery clash. Adultery produces mongrel in society and gradually the whole creation comes to an end.And to keep the whole creation in tact Acharya Manu offered various provisions or laws about adultery at the eight cantos in Manusmriti..As for example, the king amputated nose or lips of the man who engaged in adultery and banished from the kingdom.Like that there are so many various laws are stated in Manusmriti.In the article of 'Manusmrityuktadisa Strisangrahanam',the various laws about adultery that are in Manusmriti,are stated and in the present Indian social system how far the laws that stated in Manusmriti are followed or not or changed is elaborately discussed.

Abstract
India is pigeonholed by more ethnic and religious groups as compared to other countries of the world. Many intellectuals viewed that India is a captivating country where people of many different communities and religions live together in harmony. Indian Population is polygenetic and is an astonishing merger of various races and cultures. Besides, numerous castes, there are eight "major" religions, 15-odd languages spoken in various dialects and a substantial number of tribes and sects. Politics is the science of government and that part of ethics which has to do with the regulation and government of a nation or state, the preservation of its safety, peace, and prosperity, the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals.

Abstract

Abstract
Tire retreading is of huge size business so from the safety point of view quality standards should be of great importance. Tire failures during running condition is a serious point to be studied. One of the reasons for failures is the growth of flaws in tire rubber. In this paper, we have studied the growth of crack due to tearing energy. A sample 15.0cm*2.5cm*0.3cm, of rubber, is taken between sidewall and belt edge of the retreaded tire. 2 mm crack at the center of the edge is cut by sharp razor along 15.0cm. Testing is done on the universal testing machine at a strain of 10%. A graph is plotted between stress v/s strain for different crack lengths for R =0 at uniaxial loading cycles with frequency 5 Hz. Strain energy density is calculated from the area under the curve. .A mathematical model is developed for crack growth and tearing energy.
