HDFC was amongst the first to receive an 'in principle' approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector. The bank at present has an enviable network of over 4,805 branches spread over cities across India. All branches are linked on an online real time basis. Customers in over 500 locations are also servicing through telephone banking. The bank also has a network of about over 12,860 networked ATMs 2,657 across cities and towns. HDFC Bank provides a number of products and services including wholesale banking and retail banking, treasury, auto loans, two wheeler loans, personal loans, loans against property, consumer durable loans, life style loan, credit cards and the various digital products. The financial performance of above mentioned bank has been evaluated for the past five year's i.e.2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The data analyzed by ratio analysis such as current ratio, Net profit ratio, Return on assets ratio, debt-equity ratio and proprietary ratio and give interpretation to each ratio. To conclude this article the financial soundness of the bank is satisfactory during the study period.

This abstract examines the empirical effects of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme on farmers financial inclusion and means of sustenance in rural India. The study evaluates the plan's effectiveness in providing farmers with timely and sufficient financing access, hence increasing their farming endeavors and aggregate incomes, using a combination of primary survey data and secondary sources. It examines how the KCC Scheme has made it easier for farmers to obtain loans from official lenders, reduced their reliance on unofficial lenders, and improved their ability to deal with unexpected costs and crop failures. The abstract also examines the scheme's impact on agricultural input investment, technological adoption, and farming activity diversification. This study contributes to a better understanding of the program's effects on rural development and poverty reduction efforts by analyzing the socioeconomic outcomes experienced by farmers participating in the KCC program. It also emphasizes key implementation difficulties and development opportunities, as well as policy recommendations to maximize the scheme's positive impact on farmers' livelihoods. Overall, the findings demonstrate the importance of the Kisan Credit Card Scheme in empowering farmers in rural India, promoting long-term agricultural growth, and improving their socioeconomic status.

In recent times, sustainability has become a prominent and widely discussed topic. It is being considered across various industries on a global scale. Therefore, if someone wishes to study sports technology in India, it is imperative to possess a comprehensive understanding of sustainability and its impact on the field. Sustainability encompasses the ability to thrive and succeed in the future without exhausting or depleting natural resources. According to the Brundtland report, a United Nations publication, sustainable development involves meeting the needs of the present generation while ensuring that future generations can meet their own needs. In the context of sports, sustainability entails adopting environmentally friendly practices when organizing sporting events, with the aim of minimizing harm to the environment and reducing the carbon footprint of organizers. Presently, sustainability holds significant importance as it intersects with a wide range of social, environmental, and economic issues. There is a global concern regarding matters such as climate change, economic inequality, and social injustice, which affect people worldwide. In the world of sports, there exist significant challenges that pertain to both the daily functioning and the accountability towards children and future generations. However, it is also important to recognize that sports have a unique ability to uplift and inspire a large number of individuals.

This study investigates gender disparities in access to education and employment opportunities in urban and rural areas of Maharashtra, India. Utilizing data from surveys conducted across diverse socio-economic backgrounds, the study offers comprehensive insights into the prevailing disparities. Results indicate significant differences in educational attainment between genders, with urban areas generally exhibiting higher rates of female education compared to rural regions. However, despite improvements, disparities persist, particularly in rural settings where socio-cultural factors often impede girls' access to education. Moreover, the study reveals pronounced gender gaps in employment opportunities, with women in both urban and rural areas facing challenges in accessing formal employment. This is exacerbated by entrenched gender norms and limited opportunities for skill development, especially in rural contexts. Furthermore, the research highlights the importance of addressing socio-cultural barriers and investing in infrastructure and policies that promote gender equality in education and employment. Initiatives such as providing access to quality education, vocational training, and promoting women's participation in the workforce are essential for narrowing these disparities. Overall, this study underscores the urgency of implementing targeted interventions to address gender disparities in education and employment, particularly in rural areas where inequalities are more pronounced. By fostering an inclusive and equitable environment, Maharashtra can harness the full potential of its population and contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.

Implementation of National Health Policy 2017, health and wellness as a goal of sustainable goal targets to avail health facility to all. In the context of India, which is the most diversified and populous country in the world is a herculean task. To achieve the goal "Health for All" government of India has taken various measures to revamp health care system. This present study is a novel attempt to look out the perception of health seekers regarding the health care services in both government and private hospital. This will helpful for the exploration of ground reality of health care services. Here PIGMER (government) AND SUM (private) has been taken as universe of the study. Interview schedule technique is implemented for collection of data. The study explored that health care system has worked tirelessly to give best health care services to people. Now money is not a barrier for qualitative health care services. Poor people are accessible to private health care services and also government hospitals are doing hard to provide qualitative care to all. This is a new changing scenario of health care system.

Herbal cosmetics are products intended to enhance and beautify human appearance. To nourish and moisturize the skin, the current study set out to formulate and evaluate herbal cold creams that contained plant extracts, liquid paraffin as a lubricating agent, beeswax as a stabilizer, and methylparaben as an antibacterial agent by using the water in oil method. The cold cream is prepared by using the neem oil and almond oil. After the preparation of the cream, the cream was evaluated for different parameters like appearance, PH, viscosity, stability test, dye test, spreadability, and test for microbial growth. From the evaluation study, it was concluded that it is a very good attempt to formulate the herbal face pack containing naturally available ingredients like neem and almond. It was also concluded that the prepared formulation was physico-chemically and microbiologically stable, and possessed characteristics of a standard cosmeceutical formulation for skincare.

Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases are major causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide, particularly in regions with limited access to healthcare resources. Early detection of these diseases can significantly improve patient outcomes. In this study, we propose a lightweight machine learning model for accurate diagnosis of cardiac and respiratory abnormalities. The project aims to address the challenges associated with the scarcity of trained medical professionals and expensive diagnostic equipment in resource-constrained settings. Key steps include data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, model development, validation, hardware integration, user interface design, clinical trials, regulatory approval, deployment, and continuous improvement. By implementing this approach, we anticipate significant advancements in early disease detection and improved healthcare accessibility in underserved communities.

Building and Engineering functional systems at the atomic level is known as nanotechnology, which is an emerging field of study centered on the manipulation of matter on a nanoscale scale. Numerous innovative drug delivery systems, including liposomes, microparticles, niosomes, a nd proniosomes, have been developed as a result of nanotechnology. Liposomes and niosomes possess certain drawbacks, such as the ability to leak, fuse, aggreg ate, distribute, transport, and store. Proniosomes are a dry formulation of water soluble carrier coated with surfactant and drug e ncapsulated in proniosomal vesicles, which helps prolong the duration of retention of drug in systemic circulation and by reaching the target tissue shows its action which results in reduc ed toxicity. This helps overcome the drawbacks of both liposomes and niosomes. The primary focus of this review is the drawbacks of niosomes and liposomes.
